Magic J

Magic J aka J. Sheen, started his fasination with magic at age 9, watching such greats as David Copperfield, Doug Henning, and of course the amazing Harry Blackstone Jr.

Magic J states "It was really interesting how I obtained my first true set of magic props, in fact I am not sure I would do it the same way I did had I known how it would come about (laughing), my parents had taken me to a restaurant and they had to park the car a ways from the restaurant, after eating I was told to go wash my hands and my parents would meet me in the front of the restaurant with the car, this was in a time when parents were not as concerned about bad people as they are today, I finished up and went out front, I stepped out between two cars to look down the street, a limo pulled out from the parking spot next to me and knocked me down, I was not seriously hurt, just a bruise and a bit suprised, however the limo driver was in a panic, the passenger got out and leaned over to ask me if I was okay, I instantly recognised him as a well known magician ( I will not state his name for privacy sake), he asked me if I was okay, I was a bit dazed but I said his name, he looked suprised and said "yes I am", after we talked for a while and he met my parents, he offered to teach me magic and he gave me quite a set of quality magic props, my interest in magic has never faded, only became more intense, it has helped me in every walk of life, my true reward is to see the look on my young spectators faces when I perform magic, now I know what real magic is, it is the memory that I still have of witnessing something wonderful and impossible, now it is my turn, and now the magic is the sparkle and the smiles I see in the faces of my audience, these are my new magical memories, I look forward to making them yours".
